He won't attack me. The quest can't be finished by trying to kill him, because he is still unattackable, and the disguise device can't be handed in to finish the quest.

It's been a long time since I've done this portion of the quest and I don't remember if this was an alignment changing step. I'm looking for +chaotic alignment so should I wait on this part?
