Head of Artisan Korgal

Really trying to figure out what this head is for... Dropped off Artisan Korgal in Stormkeep.
Cannot find any info anywhere on the web at all.
I even went through all of DHK hailing every mob trying to find someone to talk to about it!

Looks like a multi-step quest, which is probably why you didn't get the response from hail you were looking for.

That, and Telvosh is in WW and not in DHK
