Having trouble signing on for the first time

I run the SoD patcher directly from your file on the site, but it brings me to ****'s account login. I wasnt sure if that was where I log in anyway, so I tried my username, but no go.

what am i doing wrong?

okay, fixed that problem. i was running *********.exe not eqgame.exe

now is there anyway to override the recommended character graphics? its telling me that i can only choose 2 character models to run in high resolution models, which is insane.

Reading in the tech support might help. For this problem, the fix is selecting all models you want and confirm with enter instead of clicking next.
