Having problem with my donation status

Hi, I am new to the Shard of Dalaya forums... I dunno where I need to write the problem I'm having, I hope to get an answer here.

I applied as a silver donator since July 26 and I did not get my Silver donator status. I would like to know if there is something I have done wrong. I dunno if a Staff Member can read this but well, im trying... :(

I don't quite remember what the time difference was between donating and getting status, but if you followed the steps below, you should be getting it soon enough.

Getting your donator status

In order to have your account donator flagged, please copy and paste the small form below into an email, fill out all three entries and send it to [email protected]
Note that while we allow two accounts to be flagged per subscription, both accounts MUST have be owned by you, not a friend, a guildmate's bot account, or anything like that. The only exception is for close family members or people you live together with
First account name to be flagged:

Email address used for the donation:
Donation type (silver/gold/platinum):

As long as you've followed the directions Farcy laid out from the donator thread, there shouldnt be a problem.

Now i will say that Wiz has been very busy as of late with both WAI and SoD, so there may be a delay. Contact me on IRC as soon as you can and we'll get it taken care of.
 
I don't have IRC :p nor ICQ, I just have MSN Messenger. But Yes, I followed the steps. I think the error is in the paypal site. I forgot to click on the link from the paypal mail to confirm the paypal account. I have re-sended a e-mail to the staff with the same info again.

Hope to have news soon.

If not, i'm gonna do it again someday.

Well, if you think the problem may lie in the paypal side of things, first thing id recommend is ensuring the donation has actually been sent via paypal. Cuz you can email the staff address all you want, but if theres a hangup from paypal sending it, well.. not a lot we can do.
 
I'm at the summer house and the wireless here has been down most of the time, so I haven't gotten around to new donations. I will do so today.
