Have any of you ever RMA'd anything to Newegg.com?

I have to return a dead dvd burner to newegg, and I was just wondering if it's going to be a painful experience (wait 2-6 weeks to get my burner back). As it is my only optical drive on this computer I'm sure I will be needing it in the near future.

I had to RMA a motherboard last year and it went very smooth. You shouldn't have any problems with them.

I buy tons of shit from newegg every month for my business. Never had an issue with RMAing anything.

I've never had a problem rma'ing to newegg either, I have with a few other places. The best thing to do if you have trouble is to immediatley post a negative review at reseller raitings. I had a problem with something from monarch computer(who are generally pretty good). I posted a negative review of them and a manager from monarch called me within 10 minutes. A lot of resellers watch their ratings and will kiss your ass hoping to get you to change your review.
