Haste items on pets don't work.

Judging from the replies to my thread this issue is meant to have been fixed but I did some more tests today (similar to my original ones) and the haste items that I gave my pet didn't affect it's delay. The same was true for both ordinary and charmed pets. Either haste items on pets broke again somehow or perhaps the fix described in the thread never really worked properly.
 
best way to get this fixed if it is infact still bugged would to post a comprehensive log of said problem aka not 2 min of the pet swinging take like 10 min for both with haste and without haste
