haste item

I know there's a list of all the haste items out there in the other forum, but can anyone tell me where the smallest one drops? I'm lvl 30 and I was wondering where i should try camping to get my first haste item. Any info would be appreciated.

The smallest is the mage item and the ripped black cloak. It drops in shrouded isle, off of some stuff in the mansion.

Actually it's in the basement, so you need a rogue to get you in (unless you are a rogue obviously). You can get it a level 40 I think.
