Haste and its Mysteries

First of all, I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, I couldn't decide between 'Classes & Gear' or 'SoD Discussions' Anyways, on to the post;

the purpose of this thread is meant to answer which hastes stack.

as far as i know, there are 4 types of haste:
1) Stances
2) Items
3) Spells
4) Songs

Now, also as far as I know, all of these forms stack, but I would like to know how they stack;
if 10% + 25% = 27.5% or 35%

on a sub topic, how much haste is on Offensive stance? (/s 2) I thought it was 10% but was corrected today by Dev-Zae saying it is closer to 15% which is why I'd like to clarify this matter.

Haste adds
Song haste is a bit misleading for a majority of songs are categorized the same as "Spell" haste. Only Tribes and Tarhyl line of song haste stack with others

Theres also AA hastes, innate racial haste bonuses, and misc spells which stack a la giantkin

I recently aquired the Amice of Golden Dawn, and wiki specifies clicky is a 10% Bard haste for 2 minutes, how does that stack with my other haste? Cloak of Blind Rage and Offensive stance.

also if anybody knows the exact formula to calculate weapon after haste, could you post it here?

10% + 25% + 10/15%?

I have a formula for calculating the weapon delay after effects of haste around somewhere. (This is yet another reason it should be amended into the ToK post)

EDIT: [thread=9877](Delay Initial)/(1+Haste%) = (Delay after Haste)[/thread]
10 delay = 1 second
