Currently. The level 49 spell Harnessing of Spirit adds 150 hitpoints and 30 cha. The level 44 spell Talisman of Altuna adds 250 hitpoints. Now, I realize that this isn't live, however at level 49 shamans also receive "Charisma" a buff that adds 40 cha, and does not stack with Harnessing of Spirit. Not only is it more beneficial to use Altuna and Charisma over Harnessing of Spirit, but it costs you 75 less base mana.
This doesn't address the issue that I believe Harnessing of Spirit should add melee stats, and if you choose to keep it the same, I beg you to consider adding an Infusion of Spirit type spell back into the game.
