At second stage of this quest in Shadowdale and am unable to talk to him about the bears or turn them in.
I believe what happened is I turned in wasps but did not use commands to ask about bears because I wanted to wait until later to decide if I wanted to do it. However now I am unable to hail him to get that dialog option so I am stuck in between.
Can my quest be reset?
Can a dialog option for each step be implemented to allow a trigger for next step please?
