Halloween Rewards 2014/15 tweak

Can we please have one of the following changed on the holloween rewards for the 2014/2015 quest:

• Changed to self only instead of targeted

or

• given a range and changed to beni spell so we can use it as a targeted clicky

or is there some reason these are targetable detrimental spells (by detrimental i mean it appears to be coded as detrimental not it actually is)
