I've been working on the Halloween quest for Meyla(55 druid) and got as far as him asking for the Ring of the Fallen Noble and the substance.
I handed him the items he asked for but he returned them both and won't advance the quest to the next step.
He also won't repeat the instructions for the current step. My journal still shows this step incomplete.
I've tried giving him 2 different items for the substance and I know both work from doing this quest on another character last year. Any way a Dev can look at my quest flags and assist? I'd be very appreciative. If needed I have logs of his instructions up to this point.
