halfling luck (death save)

Has anyone had the halfling death save go off?
I have not seen a dumb luck message in a long long time.

Id love to have some kind of numbers about how often its supposed to go off but I just assume that its broken.

If other halfling's have been saved by luck recently -- please post here!
 
Ya, i see this going off every now and then. Even recently... the only thing is... it doesn't do you any damn good, since 0.0001 seconds later your death anyway.
 
Pretty much what Beittil said. Its insanely rare and has never ever saved me. Any time it has gone off I died anyway. maybe if it saved you and put you in a sort of FD, that might be more usefull.
 
while i had my rog in a death loop it went off a lot... but i gathered about 5k deaths doing so.. so yea.. it works.. just not a very useful thing.. i personally would like to see this heal somewhat... not a lot.. but like 25% would rock...
 
I've seen it happen a few times as of lately but it never does anything.

a mob hits you for 400 points of damage!

I've seen it at least once on my ranger out of 60 something deaths. But as said above, the low health just keeps the mob on you until you die on the next hit or the miracle chance of a heal landing.
 
BTW The only reason it saved me is because it proced on a devestating blow =p

I think I am the only halfling who has ever been saved by it.
 
Ive never been saved by a devastating blow. But when racial traits first went in, my old guild went to raid misery. Skar and me both had 2 halfling dumb lucks on the Hunter of souls' death touch. I died on the third -- but he lived through 3.
