Halas Translocator

Hey there guys! Would it be fairly easy to make a Translocator in Halas? I'd like to leave there
and I am only level 6. Most starting main cities seem to have one. Can we add one there too?

Halas has always been very isolated and i think this will stay that way. I mean, you can always leave :p just run to BB and xp :)
 
Halas...the icy north, miles away from civilized places, the chilling wind striding over theland bringing with it the smell of orcs and gnolls, sometimes gruntling Ice Giants.

The dark caves of the gnomes, carved deep into the bones of the earth, full of dust and odd things the gnomes thought with their great minds.


Sorry for that, just wanted to give you an example what it should feel like to be in Halas or at another isolated place...you need to fight to survive, fight even a bit harder and make your way out ;)
