okay, i'm a lvl 12 rogue, and trie dto do the quests in halas, for pickpocketing melkin' or w/e, he never had anyting on him, did it like 20 times....also I cannot find the silver crown envoy, foudn theri camp site, but no evony and spetn a few hours looking...no one seems to know! please hep me heh
