This quest is currently broken. There is no text to initiate the quest.
The game says you have to say "I am seeking work.", but this does not prompt a response. I looked at the wiki and it seems the old text used to be "What task?", but this does not work as well. The mob is primalist Tylva or something like that, I also submitted a bug ticket just check that in game.
Because the first quest can not be initiated, all later quests can not be completed as well (maybe pure hand ins can if you *already* know what she needs).
