I am 99% sure I have checked every merchant in Halas that will do business with me, and not a single one sells bandages, is this intended or should there be some?
Not sure about Halas, but I have noticed that the general suplies merchant hides in some zones ... or it seems that way. They will also change places based on the day/night. Took me forever to find the one in Grobb. Was hidden in an out of the way hole.
