Halas Faction Question

My SO plays a Half-Elf Druid, and would love to be able to sell in Halas. However, after having turned in the maximum number of Orc Armbands, Gnoll Paws, and spider furs, she finds herself still stuck at Dubious. She's done nothing to harass the big folk of the North, yet they still won't deal with her. Are there any other ways to raise Halas faction other than those three turn-in quests? I'd hate to think that a half-elf can't ever be accepted by Northmen.
