Gugruble's Laziness

I have gotten the dialogue on Gugruble's Cuisine that he can't eat any more and he now returns wings to me, but he's not providing the dialogue shown in Gugruble's Laziness. Is the quest broken or do I need better than dubious faction and the wiki is wrong?

Have you tried just turning in the items listed on Wiki for the Laziness quest? Could be you got the dialogue already.
