Guard Animals Inside Locked Buildings

Something I've noticed lately as a rogue that has really annoyed me is all of the very low level rogues camping out inside buildings they are unable to break into only to loot the valuables and then /cmd suicide to turn them in for cash and experience.

Not really sure how the dev team feels about this, but I don't think a rogue deserves the loot inside a building if they can't legitimately break into that building. A rogue definately does not deserve the loot inside a building if they aren't even level six yet.

Something I thought might be nice (and more realistic) is if some locked buildings would also spawn guard animals to protect the valuables at night. The animals would be level appropriate for the skill required to break into the building they are guarding, much like the mangy dog inside the house by the bard guild for the pickpocket quest given by Rikki Redhands.

Rogues of appropriate levels would be able to sneak by the animals without difficulty, but rogues who should not be breaking into that building would be spotted and killed (or at least prevented from picking up the valuables). If you were killed by the guard animal your heat would rise. Perhaps they could also alert the guards? You know, barking, growling, etc.

It just seems kind of wrong that someone can circumvent both the lockpicking requirement and the heat system by camping out inside a valuable buliding and /cmd suiciding or camping out again to leave.
