Group Heal Targeting

For some reason my group heals are landing on who my target is when the spell lands, not who it is when it casts like it used to be. This is very inconvienient, as during AoE fights i usually swtich from healing the tank, to casting group heal on my group then while it is casting target the tank again.

Am I doing something wierd or did this get changed?

My only guess is someone else messed with my tbg as I haven't touched it in a long time.
 
Somebody's been getting away with some tomfoolery. I say we find them and lynch them. Also, we could high-five them for an awesome and successful practical joke. I'm a fan of both options.

thats how i remember it working for me too. though CotB landed on the target when the spell ended, which was really annoying since i liked to cast it then swap back to the mob i was tryign to punch which would make it land on my own group instead of casters
