Grobb warrior sword quests

I managed to finish the first one and get the Beginners Kai Katana, but when i went to the forge to make the 2nd one with the Defensive dualist sinew and the Sei token thing and pressed combine it said that i already had that lore item. The swords both have different combines and i didnt do the same one twice.
