Grobb Warrior sword quest is bugged

Today i got the Beginner's Kai Katana from the sword quest in grobb. I went to combine the second sword using the Sei token and the defensive dualist sinew and when i clicked combine on the forge it says you already have this lore item.

This has been posted before, but no one has answered.

The character i did this on is Lentulian.
 
Happy Update: May 22 2007 Wiz hooked Gazukab up with the proper sword and allowed that he'd fixed the recipe also.

Edit: The secondary hand sword, however, still fails with the same message.
