Grobb Newbie quest

I spent all last night hunting around the Stinger's Bog looking for an Escaped Vah Shir. I managed to find everything else needed but am having trouble finding this guy.

Any clues out there as to what I'm doing wrong?

I've seriously combed the entire area.

I saw this guy roaming around in the north/east-ish area in the last day or so. I was on my way to mielech from south wastes when I saw it. I'd say look in the northern areas.
