Grobb necklace quest broken?

The following happening to me,i collected the heads and got myself the 4 tokens (killed all 4 of em but Ulger but i swapped it for the silver crown npc) but coordinator malika dont give the necklace to me :( .According to patch today im supposed to hail her,but it still wont work and she just offers me the quest again,am i doing something wrong or is it bugged? Dark elf Necromancer here btw im Amiably on faction. Thanks for your attention
 
Tried again last night at about 11pm Pacific, still not giving the necklace. She gives back all the bounties instead.
 
Because you don't turn in the bounties anymore. You hail her after having done each of the bounty quests at least once.
 
Did that Xeldan, still not getting the necklace - is it possible that I'm missing some flag somewhere? Also tried turning the bounties into the head warden, got some pp but no faction messages or anything. Went back and hailed Coordinator Malika without success.
 
Well...I did the first three quite some time ago, 2-3 months maybe /shrug. the fourth I finished just a few days ago - had to get high enough to solo Gorun without the two guards being able to take me in the process.

I don't have the bounties anymore though, I turned them in for the pp (good chunk of $$ though :) ) thinking that might be a trigger that I was missing. Would you suggest that I re-do the bounties? Extrapolating from your question, it seems so, which is no big deal.

Not sure you can redo the bounties.

I have only done the first two so I am not yet at your stage .
However I had misread things and thought I could cash the bounties in and still get the amulet.

I realized this week end I had done wrong and decided to regain the heads to get the bounties again and be ready for an amulet in due time.

I tried turning in (for a second time) the head for the second bounty and it was returned to me by Coordinator Malika, so I guess you cannot redo the bounties themselves (I would suppose a safeguard to avoid a farming of heads and faction).

Let me know if you can get the amulet without having to turn in the bounties.

Ok that may be your problem. You'll more than likely need to do those bounties over again if you can, the flags to track it so you don't have to turn the bounties in anymore were added shortly before the christmas holidays.

That means you'll be able to receive the necklace once you've completed all of the bounties. You can cash in the bounties when you get them if you'd like to(they're useless otherwise, so feel free to get your reward for them).

Got another head (Hasmila) and tried to turn it in - she won't take it. Is there something else I can try?
 
sorry to hijack

but what lvl does it take to solo the hardest of the NPCs? thinking about trying this quest soon, but I still want to do the 2nd and 3rd Newport rings too. Id assume itd best I do those before killing the NPC in Newport
 
I waited until 42-43 before I tried to take Gorun solo - not because he is anything special though, it was because of the two newport guards that are with him - I wanted to be sure I could last long enough to take Gorun without dying to the guards. As soon as he was dead I went FD and the guards went back so I didn't have to take more of a faction hit for newport.
 
Sstecik, is that your ingame name? I'm going to have a look at your flags and see what the possible problem is with you getting the necklace.
 
First i tried to hand 1 2 3 4 tokens to Coordinator like it says to get my necklace she gave them all back and i was instructed to come read this forum after which seeing about the "flags for turning the tokens in to Sithika" I turned in the 1st 2nd 3rd and fourth tokens to Sithika of the blades in grobb i recieved 15p then 35 then 50p then 100 for doing so after which i went and hailed Coordinator Malika and all he did was offer me the quests again how can i get my necklace please ?
I can also not find Ulger anywhere in north tarhyl I decided to search him out since the 1 2 3 4 bounties did not yeild me my necklace hoping that perhaps he was the 5th and needed bounty even though when hailing Coordinator Malika I was told you only needed to collect 4 bounties which i did from the other 4 besides Ulger please help.
I am also now kos to newport =(
Chrux Level 57 Necromancer

A druid summoned some water for me i put the water in the slot where my wardens coinpurse was and drank 2 waters put my bag back in the slot and my bag turned in to water destroying my Ulger's head and everything else in the bag and turning the bag to water so need tom get another head i guess = / and yes doing all 5 gets the necklace
 
Has this been fixed? I have to do the last kill in Newport, but was awaiting word that I will get the port neck before i worry about it
