The stunned leeches have never dropped after hunting them for some time both on my SK when i was looking for blood and now on my BST who needs the stunned and have never seen them drop it. Once more i have looked on the wiki and saw the other quests in the series requires liodreth animal trader paws and yet the liodreth animal trader drops nothing please advise or fix.
 
The grobb beastlord quest should have been changed to require you to use an item on the leeches and alligators once they emote a message - you trap them into the cage and bring the cage to Tamer Kabil. If this isn't the case then that's the problem, not them lacking a drop.
 
Hmm.. i've gotten stunned alligator drops though. You aren't given any cage either, you're given ghostly moss, and it's not a container. It has no clickable properties or anything. Is it messed up, or are you supposed to do something with it once you get the "weakened by your attacks" emote? Right clicking it just picks it up onto the mouse cursor.
 
Ok, it sounds like it's messed up. You should be given an item to right-click to capture the alligators and leeches. I'll take a look this morning and see if I can pinpoint the problem with that. The stunned alligator dropping is an error, I've removed it before but somehow it's back again. I'll try to get it removed in a patch soon.
 
This should be fixed up now, per my Quest Fixes sticky. Simply hail Tamer Kabil or say "I'm ready to try again" and you should now get the correct item. If you have any further issues with the quest, let me know.
 
Ok I tried this out, you do get the cage now, i captured the gators fine, but the first leech i got said "captured 2/2", then the second said "captured 3/2". So there's a math error there. I then went back and handed the cage to the tamer and to the tiger, and both gave it back to me with no dialog, so the ending is messed up too.
