Gristle Quest

I heard about the Max Engage Level 4 Adept and Worchag the Hunter Quest in Greater Faydark and decided to check it out. I wandered around for awhile and found Gristle up but not Worchag. Myself (4 Monk) and a twinked out Warrior took down the bear and then I started looking for Worchag with the pelt in hand. Killing stuff along the way that I aggro'd, I eventually hit level 5. I finally found Worchag passed out by one of the lifts and was told that I would have to wait for him to respawn in his not-passed out state in order to turn it in. I continued to spot check for him to respawn and noticed he eventually despawned completely. During this time I continued to kill spiders, Frilakh and bears while waiting for Worchag...eventually hitting lvl 6. Tonight I logged in and ran to the lift and there Worchag was kneeling on the ground. (Not passed out drunk...Yay!) Unfortunately, he just told me to leave him alone.

I reached out to Dalaya's Beginners and /ooc and a helpful player asked me if I had been flagged for the quest prior to killing Gristle. I told him no because I didn't see Worchag before I found Gristle and was unaware that I needed to be flagged. I loaded a lvl 1 toon and verified that he could get the quest, so it appears you have to be lvl 4 or below to get the quest.

Is there a way to get flagged for the quest afterwards, since you can't be above lvl 4 and engage/loot Gristle.

tl;dr killed Gristle(@lvl4);looted pelt;couldn't find guy to turn-in to;found him(@lvl6)...won't take pelt...please help
