I have been using this shield (gravel estucheon) on my SK for about the last month or so and have yet to see it proc, wiki lists it at a 12% bash proc rate. Anyone else having this issue? Or have seen it proc?
 
He is 65 with a 250 bash skill, so I should be able to proc it. It's possible it keeps getting resisted? But I would get a notification of that right?
 
You can test it fairly easily. Go find some light blue mobs, and don't DS/Autoattack. Just bash.
 
Should test it on some Harthuks, they have it coming. Hiding in their cave all smug...
 
While people are paying attention to this... estucheon isn't a word. It should be escutcheon. Unless there's some inside joke about it that I don't know.
 
Spent bout an hour or so last night bashing. I was able to get it to proc, so my guess is it was bad luck and just missing the blue text. Thanks for the input
