Graphics problem

My character looks as if he is having seizures. My graphics card is good but for some reason hes like flipping out. I ran it on my girlfriends laptop which has a crappy video card and memory and stuff and it runs better. Any suggestions?
 
What's your graphics card. New Nvidia 8 Series models will render the graphics retardedly.
 
You're playing on a dual core machine, and this is a old game that only likes one processor.

you need to open patcher - ctrl alt delete - processes - Sodbin.exe right click and set affinity to one processor

Also i have a Nvidia 8500 GT(8 series) and this game runs fine. So the 8 series definitely isn't a problem.
 
I have the 8600 and I have similar graphical issues. I learned that if I don't sit on top of or "inside of" another npc or player it lessons or prevents the issue. It sucks but I've gotten used to it and just kinda dealt with it since I heard there was no fix.
