Graphics messed up

hi all, after the last patch a couple days ago I been having graphics problems. I deleted the txtcache file like it said to but it didnt help. I re patched and tried to delete it again but wasnt there. I have been playing for around 4 or 5 years now with no problems till now. G4 graphics card with 3000+ amd athlon proccessor. I figure I could re install SoD if I have to but god re doing all UI is annoying. I know I can copy it but it doesnt copy everything. so any suggestions on what I can try? please and thank you.
 
Keep a copy of <toonname>_.ini and UI_<toonname>_.ini. Copy them into your new installation and you should be good to go. Remembers screen res, spell sets, window placement, socials, etc. I can't think of why that wouldn't work, if your using the same hardware that is.
