After i created a character everything was fine for a while. I was in the wood elf city going on the lift and my screen zoomed in and out and the screen went gray. I could scroll out and basicly select myself, but i can not see myself and the screen zooms in and out. Another problem is when i walk its almost like im speeding for a sec, prolly due to it scrolling out then back in. Also units seem to run really fast then normal. Another thing is when i sit, and zoomed out my character looks like a rag doll flailing and twisting. Im pretty sure all these problems have to do with one thing, and would welcome any help you have to offer.
 
Sounds like a multi-core issue to me. Ctrl+alt+delete, right click eqgame.exe in the process tab, select bind affinity and make sure if only has one box with a checkmark.
 
I tried, it said access denied. Is there another way to change it. I also tried changing it while im logged into the game, if that effects it at all. Thank you btw for your previous hint, and future help. =)
 
There is also simply using the Bind Affinity feature on the SoD Patcher/Launcher.

If your on vista, don't forget to set eqgame.exe and the patcher program to run as administrator, otherwise weird stuff may or may not happen.
