graphics dll?

ok the missing dll files are usually easy to fix but now it fails to load sayingi its missing a graphics dll. thats kind of vague. can someone help me fix this problem,

A quick search of these here forums looks like it may be a directx/video driver problem. I'd suggest updating both, and trying again.
