Got faction?!

Hi. Will someone be kind enough to enlighten me on the current status of the giant faction?... Specifically, if it's still "impossible" (paraphrasing Wazeek here) to raise from KOS or if it has already been "looked at" like I believe Wiz said he planned to do a couple of days ago.


Because... after a few WW dragons, a couple of ToV raids where everything in EWing died, over and over and *multiple* solo sessions in great divide where I've slaughtered hundreds and hundreds of wyrms (last session was 131 mobs, each has 2200~4000hp, do the math) I'm still scowling.


So, basically... is it fubar? Or will I just have spend more enjoyable (not really) hours doing this?:

..right now? I really feel like I've wasted alot of time trying to raise this faction, but I'm hoping that is not the case.

Hmm

I went from max scowl to max ally Giants in a couple WW raids, you just need to make sure not to fubar your faction in between. Wurms in GD are not good faction at all, but one clearing of WW usually does the trick.
 
Here's an update... I'm now 74% into the level almost solely from these wyrms, which is just sick.. considering that ~80% of them are green, ~15% lightblue and ~5% blue aaaaaaaaaaand, you guessed it, I'm still scowling.

Oh and I also turned in 1x bloody scales from ToV east wing which I would have thought would give a huge hit considering the level of the mob it dropped from (raid area)... but apparently not enough to get me out of scowling.

It's become clear to me that this method is NOT working at all... stay away from the wyrms in GD if you need the faction, atleast untill Wiz ups the faction hit on them... which I hope he does.
 
um hodge i hate to say but thats not true saddly =(
i have Cleared WW 2x times Done Tov Twice Doing about 4Nameds in those two trips before killing anymore giants and was Still scowling and max Kos to giants so i think there is a issue with them =\
