Howdy all, got a quick question about the effects of an item. I got one of those flame collars or whatever with Damage Increment 3 or 2 as an effect. I know on live the Damage Increment only affected damaging spells, like a wizards or other casters, was just wondering if it affected melee damage here because the classes that can wear it kind of lead me to think it does. Just thought I'd ask, if you could shed some light on this I thank you in advance.

They dont effect melee damage, but what they do is effect the amount of dmg to you DD procs. Be it from a weapon or style
