Golem Fists for Festering Insects

So I've been working on the quest for the shaman disease slow Festering Insects. I have all the pieces except for the golem fists. I've spent quite a few hours killing golems in mielech c, long enough to work through all of lvl 63 and a few aa's as well. I seem to remember that a few things got changed in miel c not too long ago and I just wanted to make sure that the fists are still dropping. None of the other quest pieces took nearly this amount of time or effort to find. Has anybody else seen the fists drop lately?

Two of them droped for groups I was in a week ago.

Yes got mine last week
