Going LD With No Rent Items

I am not sure how hard it would be to implament this, but I believe that EQ had a good idea when they made it possible to go ld with no rent items. They made it so that No Rent items do not disappear until after 30 minutes or so after you log. This would be extremely nice because I go ld quite often with my mage and it is a pain to have to remake everything after an LD. Thank you much.
 
Idea has been brought up, but it would be a huge, collosal pain to implement as of yet. We keep hoping though.
