Goblin Disguise Device - Still KoS

The Goblin Disguise Device that's given out in Heartland for the Council of Innovation Badge quest isn't making my characters non KoS. I previously killed the goblins for exp and when I wear the disguise they still scowl. I can't talk to the King to continue the quest.

I can't get my second badge, and I can't continue the main quest. I need help. Please :)
 
Update: June 3rd - Still KoS with the goblins while illusioned.

Still unable to progress in the Main Quest. Please look into this when you get a chance. Thanks.
 
I have no official capacity on the sverver, but I anticipate a "woking as intended" response, since illusions are not guaranteed ally faction, and you sai dyourself that you had been intentionally killing a faction you needed for the main quest.

I would suggest refraining from out right assumptions on things you do not know. Even if you are attempting to be helpful it generally isn't. What he is asking about is a part of the Gnome Quests in the MQ where you are supposed to infiltrate a goblin stronghold using a disguise (illusion). The point is not to be ally to them, but rather to not be KoS so that you can gather intel and deliver it to their enemy, The Gnomes.

Until a QD can test and comment on this, there isn't much else that can be done.
 
Technically speaking, should you choose Council of Innovation faction, the Goblins are considered an enemy, and killing them prior to joining the council shouldn't pose a problem, imo.
 
The problem still remains as of 6/29. I'm sure lots of things are taking priority over this, but just wanted to bump incase it was overlooked or forgotten.
 
Sorry, it just took time to figure out the problem. It will be fixed in a day or two.
