GM Help me plz!

It's Listless, on a class that has a spell called Listless Power. We understand if you didn't intend to relate the name to either the word or the spell, but if we made exceptions because someone didn't intend to have their name work in that way, then anyone could get away with names like "Breeize" the enchanter, and if we made a special exception for you then that would open the door for "Breeize" the enchanter to argue they should get a special exception too.

Sorry dude, but there's just no way we can allow that under current policy. :(
 
Many many moons ago (ok like last week shut up im telling a story) I made an Enc named Crystall. I logged on one day to see i had to change my name. Did i ask questions? no. Did i complain? no. What did i do? I changed it.

In the naming rules:

"Don't Argue
If a staff member tells you that you need to change your name, please don't argue it. And by "please don't" we mean
"ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER".
If you think you have a legitimate complaint about getting a name nerfed, PM/Email it to an administrator."

Yeah I'm sure coming up with a name like Crystall racked your brain.. but I wouldn't be too disappointed about losing a name like that..

Here we have a character named Mikaelson... that's just like Danielson from Karate Kid.. you should change his name.

Also.. anyone else notice that Zodium is just Sodium with a "Z" instead of an "S"?

Wow... does that mean I could be Liztiless? or maybe you'd prefer Liztil3ss?

A name doesnt make the character, the player makes the character. For example look at my idiotic name, you would guess I was one of the gimpest SK's on the server from it would you!?!?!

Now please just move along and think of something else, it isnt hard to do.

No I wouldn't think that and no I won't change my name.
 
I will admit to getting a good laugh out of complaining about an NPC's name.

"a decaying skeleton is violating the naming policy! No spaces in names!"
