GM Event points?

Hello, I am not sure where to discuss this well Ruben (my necro) has some GM event points from back then and I was wondering if it carried over to Fame Points?

There is a difference between fame and gm points?

Well I had some GM points back on Ruben and now he doesn't seem to have any. (unless someone I know used up my points)
