Glowing Greatsword Proc

Can anyone confirm that the Glowing Greatsword's proc does indeed work? After testing the weapon out for about an hour on a character well above the level 50 recommendation, I had yet to see it proc O'keils Embers. As far as I know, this spell is supposed to stack with any other damage shield, so the druid DS I had on should not have interfered, and I did not notice any "Your spell did not hold" messages along the way anyway.

Is it possible that this item's proc is broken? Or if it is indeed in tact, what in the world could be the justification for assigning it a proc rate so ridiculously miniscule?

I have just received confirmation from two in-game sources that O'keils Embers does indeed stack with druid damage shields, so I believe you may be mistaken, Otcho. Thanks for your reply though!

I thought as much anyway, because I tested the sword again for about an hour yesterday with no damage shield on at all and the proc still refused to trigger. Is it fair to ask a developer/admin to check this weapon's proc coding?

I haven't seen the sword in a really long time but its possible the proc is broken!

Out of curiosity is it proccing on your target, I seem to remember some mobs actually proccing this spell on me but I do not recall where.
