After being question by a player interested in both Giant Burlap Sack 200pp verse Shadow-Woven Backpack 1000p on my vendor I pondered the matter on the rarity and difficulity of aquiring them. Perhaps I'm overpricing.

I've thought up a scenario:
Massive Sword
WT 12 Giant

10 x Massive Sword = 120 wt

Giant Burlap Sack 120wt x 40% wr = 48 wr; 72 wt + 6 wt = 78 wt
Shadow-Woven Backpack 120wt x 50% wr = 60 wr; 60 wt + 2 wt = 62 wt
Groundskeeper's Box 120wt x 55% wr = 66 wr; 54 wt + 1 wt = 55 wt

Here are the margins in this example:

78 - 62 = 16
78 - 55 = 23
62 - 55 = 7

I wouldnt want to change the price simply beacause giant woven is that much easier to get.

giant woven is pretty easy to get and rot all the time, if anything I would reduc it =P

what makes the giant burlap sack not very good for its level is simply the 6 wt attached to it. its extremly easy to obtain, and so are a couple more wt redux bags, but the shadow-woven bag is pretty hard to get unless you like venturing into lansanth. i think what darlene wants is the shadow-woven bag to either be increased in weight redux, or decrease the giant burlap sack and other easier ones in weight redux
