Giant Factioning?

Anyone know of a way (quests and such) to increase Giant faction beyond what can be obtained from killing dragons that can be done by a single group or less?

Orc teeth from the orc camp in Eastern Wastes. Turn them into Lt. Mertz in Stormkeep.

Is there a similar quest for the reverse? I'm not really high enough to kill any giants that drop heads but simply killing giants has me maxed out at Amiable.

In western wastes, you can kill these 3 named giants near Demetri Eto and hand their swords to him
