Ghostmetal weapons and jacinth earrings/rings

Have the proc rates been upped at all on ghostmetal weapons? I would go through several fights with not a single proc when dual weilding a 10/20 spear and a 15/30 mace (or flail i forget). I quit using them.

Seems to me they may want to be looked at since ideally the proc is what makes them the equivalent of the warpmetal weapons. Maybe they proc low on purpose, but I think to make them more appealing to buyers (giving smiths a reason to make them aside from just for skill ups), they need to be competitive with dropped weapons which most have stats, saves, ac, hp's, etc.

Looking at weapons in roughly the same price range you could get spike and blade (10/19 each) for 150p or so each (and have some stats and ac etc) or get two 10/20 ghostmetal weapons and maybe get a proc once in a while. :-/

Jacinth jewelry - :-/ Bleh... 8% haste is max on it...not very good when the ranger starfall is 13%, dragonskin sash (which commonly sells for 300-400p) is 15%. So does anyone buy these? I bought one long ago when I had no idea what the haste was on it (I had some money to burn back then). It sits in the bank. And these are supposed to be some of the very high end jewelry items. They just seem to be lacking. When they were being sold they were always being sold for ~250-300p which seemed fair for the skill/materials needed to make them, but just not competitive with otehr readily available haste items.

If nobody is buying this stuff though, then people who make it aren't going to waste their time with it. Maybe it's just me who thinks they're worthless. I just think maybe they should have some stats or something. I mean even that ripped black cloak from Shrouded Isle has more haste on it. Sure the rings have 8ac which is pretty nice for a ring, but who is buying a haste item for the ac?

As for the electrum/silver/gold jacinth jewelry... I really don't see any jewelers combining a jacinth with anything less than plat. It would be a waste.

Thoughts?

P.S. - I do NOT do tradeskills, so this isn't to really up my business of selling stuff. :-/ Mostly looking to justify the endevours of Perkins and Maimai and any other high level smiths/jewelers
