anbody know the exact coords of a ghostly courtier in south kaladim....it doesnt say the coords on the wiki
 
He is in the castle. The second doorway on the left, he is in the room and has a PH. I am assuming you need him for the SK starfall quest - just IvU into the hallway and park there and kill the PH until he spawns.
