Getting lag where I used to not.

So almost every time I'm in a raid these days I get significant lag. Some zones are worse, and some mobs/phases are a lot worse than others.

I have not changed my computer, or internet connection.

All graphics are in minimum settings and turning clip plane from 100% to 0% doesn't seem to change lag at all.

Any ideas here? Did my internet get worse? Everything else seems to run well.

theres lag when enemies die which will be fixed soon

Yeah I think I figured it out, I had all other meele/spell damage on for parsing, which I never used to do. I'm assuming this will fix the problem next raid as it's caused me significant lag in the past.
