General Tome II's

I was hoping I could probe some experienced players minds on good duo spots for general tome II's. Are these tomes primarily off named creatures (harder ones) in the zones listed on the tome section of the wiki?

Any tips on areas within zones that might be good to farm in my spare time? I've spent a lot of time in BQ lately farming the miners and other non-elemental/elite spots and haven't seen any tomes. I was wondering if some of the easier zones listed as tome droppers do not drop tome 2's at all or very rarely (i.e. EC, FG, Kaesora Unseen side).

i've only seen tome 2s from bq elites and citadel, as far as farming them you just have to hope you get lucky
 
I feel like I've gotten some on the hard side of Kaesora. The experiment side or whatever. Other than that - BQ Elites are your best bet in my experience.
 
Rust factory named (not the raid targets), baldakans in prophet's landing, and giants in Everchill can drop rank 2's. All are pretty rare though
