Recently killed Saitha, and turned in my Fourth Seeker aug to Lady in Erimal...The stats are updated, but the name remains Gemstone of the Fourth Seeker. If anyone could change the name on the aug to Gemstone of the Third Seeker I would appreciate it, thanks.
