Gear question - Help me choose

What combination do you guys think would be better for a tank:

Mantle of swift decisions + Deepmetal platemail girdle
Adds up to: 34 AC 10 str 5 sta 10 dex 5 agi 115 hps 85 mana 19 SV magic 14 SV dis 14 sv pois + 3 aug slots 30% haste

OR

Mantle of the Forest + Charred Bolster Belt
Adds up to: 31 AC 20 str 20 Sta 20 Int 12 Agi 165 hps 140 mana 12 SV fire 12 SV cold 32% haste + mana conservation 5, spikecoat clicky

Thoughts?

Spikecoat and other ac buffs are indispensable for a tank. Make sure you have a mantle.

DS + more HP + more haste = win. The other is nothing to sneeze at, though. Spikecoat is the big difference.
