I'm having a problem in game where I suddenly will start moving really slow. When running with SoW i'll only go walking speed. Also, my spells will take longer to refresh because the casting bar goes much slower. The problem will temporarily go away if I zone or camp, but comes back quickly.
I've tried updating drivers, repatching, etc. Any suggestions?
