Game gets stuck after character select.

When I choose my character and hit enter world, i see the loading screen for a few seconds, then the screen goes black (i can still hear the leading music), and it stays like that. Ive let it sit there for up to 15 minutes and it never actually got into the game.

Yes, I have installed the WRFix.

Any ideas?

Download the Default UI, unzip it to the UIFiles folder, then unzip the hotfix again.

Q: Whenever I try to login, the screen goes entirely black and will not load.
A: Again, follow step B4. Hotfix is VITAL and needs to be properly unzipped.

Q: I did! It's still not working.
A: Delete whatever custom UI you are using and restore to the default UI, THEN apply hotfix again.

myne gets to loading the characters, and then boots me back to the server select screen. should i go ahead and install the UI also? or can it be a different problem (sry if this jacks your thread, just didnt want to waste room in making a new 1) ^^

Might as well, if it doesn't fix your problem it will help narrow the search for the cause.
